Whis is the processing time for my order?
Once your order is placed, we require 2-3 business days to carefully pack and prepare it for shipment. Please consider this processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time.
How do I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment online. Rest assured; we will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the shipping process.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our international customers and hope to expand our shipping services in the future.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Deliveries for commercial addresses or residential units will require a signature upon receipt. In cases of all other deliveries, the items will be left at the designated location if it is deemed safe to do so.
What is your refund policy?
We gladly welcome returns within a 30-day period from the date of dispatch, under the condition that the products remain unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. It's important to be aware that any shipping expenses associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly advise utilizing a registered service for your returns. What are your candles made of?
We use natural soy wax for our candles. Soy wax is not only renewable but also burns cleaner, emitting fewer toxins into the air. It provides a pure and clean burn, ensuring that you can enjoy our fragrances without any compromise on air quality.
The wicks of our candles are crafted from pure cotton. This choice ensures a clean and even burn while minimizing any soot or smoke production.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes, our candles are eco-friendly as they are made with natural ingredients and our packaging is recyclable.
How long do your candles burn for?
In ideal conditions, 380g candles burn for up to 65 hours.

What is the best way to care for my candle?
To ensure the best burn and longevity of your candle, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, burn the candle for at least 1 – 2 hours on the first use to create an even wax pool, and keep the candle away from drafts and flammable objects.
